What are the payment options available?
Currently we support PayPal payments. You can use your PayPal account or your credit card (if you do not have a PayPal account) to make your payments securely. Once you click submit you will be redirected to PayPal. If you do not have a PayPal account, you can still make a payment by entering your credit card/debit cards details through PayPal by clicking "Check Out as a Guest" and then enter your credit/debit card details. Then Hit Pay Now button to complete your transaction.
Where does my item ship from?
We have multiple warehouse locations where your item/items will be shipped from.
How Long Will My Order Take To Be Delivered?
Please allow 1 business day for processing your order. After which, your order will be ready to ship out. It usually takes only 3-5 business days for standard shipping and 2-3 business days for express shipping.
Why did I not receive a confirmation email after placing the order?
There's a good chance that our email has ended up in your SPAM folder.
I ordered 2 or more items, why did I only receive one?
When you order multiple items at a time they might be shipped separately as products are shipped from different warehouses. You may receive one item before the next. So don't panic if you don't receive all of your items at once…they will get to you!
Can I track my shipment?
Yes. If the product is eligible for tracking, you would receive the shipment tracking information by email as soon as your product is shipped.
How Do I Order?
Browse through the products that you love, then click "Add to cart" and "Check out". Enter your shipping and billing details and any discount codes, then wait for your order to arrive at your doorstep. It's that easy :)
Oh No! I Need To Modify My Order!
Unfortunately, please note that we are only able to make changes to your order if it has not been fulfilled yet. If you want to change anything in your order, please contact us via email email@example.com within 24 hours after placing your order. If the order has been shipped, we can no longer make modifications to your order.
What Is Your Refund Policy?
Blue Frog Trading Co's 30 day refund policy for all orders placed through our store. If you are not satisfied with your order for any reason, simply contact us for return instructions and a refund. Please note we can only accept returns that are unopened and unused.
What If I Received A Damaged Product?
We always try to source the best quality products for our customers. However, there are many factors that might result in your products being damaged in transit.
If you received a defective/damaged item, please kindly contact us by sending an email to firstname.lastname@example.org, let us know your problem and please don't forget to attach photos/videos which can clearly show the issue.
